All gemstone orders are accepted and binding only after formal payment confirmation. GEMSSTOPPER reserves the right to cancel orders in the event of stock discrepancy or verification issues.
2. Product Authenticity
We guarantee that all stones offered in our boutique are 100% natural earth-mined gems unless explicitly identified as treated or synthetic in the product specifications. GIA, IGI, or relevant lab reports are provided for all major stones.
3. Returns & Exchange Eligibility
Due to our rapid logistics system (shipping items same-day), customers must notify us of returns or exchanges within 24 hours of purchase. Items that have been custom-set or modified are non-returnable.
4. Custom Drilling Services
We provide complimentary professional drilling (0.5mm to 3mm). Please be advised that drilled gemstones are considered "customized" and are ineligible for return or exchange under any circumstances.
5. Visual Representation
While we use high-definition macro-photography, natural gemstones may vary slightly in color saturation depending on your device's screen calibration. We strive for 99% accuracy in our visual displays.
6. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan.
